DJL Projects most successful internet service and community is returning to work Spring 2014. RAI representatives will be contacting all previously featured artists and the 400+ new artists that have requested to be added the RAI network since first closing it's doors over two years ago. The official release date of the new Rising Artists International is still unknown. All artists must be contacted for the re-release.
